The tenants of the Redstone Building represent a true microcosm of the Mission and the City of San Francisco, ranging from providers of social services such as the Homeless Children's Network, the Filipino-American Training Center, Mission Agenda and Spiritmenders to activist arts groups like Art and Revolution, IndyMedia and Whispered Media to alternative performance and theatre groups such as the LAB, LunaSea Women's Performance Project, El Teatro de la Esperanza and Theatre Rhinoceros. In addition several artists and musicians rent studio and rehearsal space in the Redstone as well as a few small businesses.

The Redstone Building's unique mix of individual and organizational tenants have made it an important cultural and creative center for the northeast Mission area.
