    It looks like the company that was wanting to build a 7 story building at the corner of 16th and South Van Ness gave up and has put the property up for sale!

      False Alarm. Sorry, but the sign isn’t actually a for sale sign, but is the real estate agency that is already placing an ad for condo sales on the lot… Uggh..
